We love making a quick trip to visit G.G. on campus. Brings back good memories of all the times I would pop in to see her while I was going to school. Her office, funny as it may sound, is full of toys for this boy to play with. There are trucks, cars, and tractors. There are stuffed animals and squeezy stress toys. And, the best toy of all, is a zen sandbox complete with castle, sun-brella, and starfish. He loves the little rake, shovel, and sand pail. He loves the sea shells. Unfortunately the little sandbox is also very messy, getting little grains of white sad all over the office desk. Eventually we will sweep all of the grit back into the sandbox and hide it under the desk when it is time to go. But for those brief minutes the little man is happy to be out, happy to be visiting G.G., and happy to be a little boy.
