Today we blessed our sweet, sweet Everly. It was wonderful to have so many members of our family here for the occasion. It really was a blessed, blessed day. The blessing dress was one my Grandmother started for my mother, but didn't finished. She found it in the bottom of her hope chest and finished it up so Everly could wear it on this special day. It was so beautiful on her little body and so perfect. The blessing day also happened to fall on the weekend of General Conference, so we hosted the little event in our back yard. I can't think of a better way to celebrate this little life that has joined our family.
